Authorised use
Organisers may use OneEvents only for events they are entitled to manage. Accounts, staff permissions, invitation links and admission passes must not be shared outside their intended recipients.
Pilot terms · 2026-07-25-v1
These terms describe the minimum responsibilities for organisers using the private OneEvents pilot.
Organisers may use OneEvents only for events they are entitled to manage. Accounts, staff permissions, invitation links and admission passes must not be shared outside their intended recipients.
Invite and remind only people who reasonably expect the event communication. The organiser remains responsible for contact accuracy, consent, corrections and honouring opt-out or deletion requests where applicable.
Paid ticket collection remains unavailable until the organiser and payment provider are approved. Organisers must not represent a complimentary or manually reconciled admission as a completed online payment.
Floor plans, seating suggestions and MAJIK guidance are planning aids, not structural, fire, crowd-control, medical, safeguarding or accessibility certification. The organiser must obtain the competent local approvals required for the venue and event.
Organisers must protect guest exports, give staff only the access they need and delete unnecessary copies. OneEvents excludes live invitation and QR credentials from exports and applies the event's configured post-archive retention period.
Suspected account, invitation, pass or data exposure must be reported promptly to [email protected]. Pilot availability is monitored but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed; organisers must retain a safe manual door and attendance fallback.
Operational questions and guest-rights escalations may be sent to [email protected]. Continued pilot access depends on compliance with these terms and the event data policy.
